I cropped and added contrast along with changing hue and saturation. I fixed this one after the critique and used the suggestions from that and this now is the trick your eye photo! Really what is it? 



This was in greenville off 34 after i had been driving around capturing different shots.







I went to the Tawakoni bridge and tried to capture the sunset. The sun went down really fast but I love the color of the sky in this pic. I really like the lights on the bridge as they pass by. This is just some of my first night time photos I think its fun playing around with the different functions.



 

I didn't intend for the red circles but, I still thought that this pic was pretty Rockin 

I love the color of the this image and how the leaves and grasses frame it.

Beauty Essay

Beauty is!

Beauty is different to each individual on this earth. When I think of beauty the first thing that usually comes to my mind are children. I love the way children are carefree and innocent. The way a child is not judgmental and only sees another child as someone to play with and doesn’t care about what race, religion, or handicap another kid might have. Children are free from shame, one time when my son was three years old we went to Busch Gardens and it was hot. When we got to the kiddy section they had this little water splashing area for the kids. He saw the water and kids playing and before we knew it my son had gotten stark naked at the theme park and was running around splashing in the water, I was mortified but he didn’t care not one single bit. I remember the first time I saw a teenager with braces when I was a small child and thinking they were beautiful. I said to the girl “ oooooooh I like those diamonds on your teeth” she of course smiled and told me what they were and I immediately told my mother “I want braces” I liked them so much that I used to put foil on my teeth and pretend that I had braces but, I wasn’t quite excited about getting them when I became a teenager.

I really feel that beauty surrounds the world constantly and can be found anywhere and in everything. It exists in people not only outwardly but it can come from the inside by the way you treat yourself and others. Also, it can come from the functions you can perform with your body such as ballet or how I can watch Dancing with the Stars and become so emotional about it that it brings me tears of joy. Not only can beauty be seen but it can also be heard the music that brings us to dance. Or even the words we write on a page or perform on the stage. We watch television and movies which can also be informative and beautiful.

In nature the true intensity of this earth upon which we live is ever expanding and plentiful. The very essential things we need in order to live upon our world are plants, flowers, trees, and grass which happen provide us with the air that we breathe and are beautiful. Water is the necessity for life, because it provides nourishment for every living thing upon this earth. The planet is about 70 percent water and is host to numerous amounts beautiful colors and just simply pleasing to look at. Many animals and insects are absolutely wondrous and there are so many that it’s hard for me to pick a favorite so, I will pick two of each. I like pot-belly pigs and turtles for land animals, for sea animals I would have to pick dolphins and sea turtles and for insects I will pick butterflies and ladybugs but the true list goes on and on. Kind of like this one page essay and believe me It’s is hard to sum up beauty in one page.  

I’m an avid traveler. It is so much fun seeing new places and doing new things. The world contains so many things that are beautiful from buildings to houses and churches. Different cultures and lifestyles are intriguing and provide humans with individuality thus providing beauty. There is simply too much to see in one persons lifetime that life in itself is beauty. Therefore, beauty is.

I really love the expressions on the girls faces. They were laughing so hard because they had flipped that table over just a few moments before they sat down and took the pic. They really thought that table flipping over was funny. Ugh I don't know how to fix the red eyes. HELP!




This is also at the Tawokoni bridge the moon was spectacular that night. I was trying to focus on the reflection of the moon on the water but, what I thought made the picture was actually the reflection of the lights of the cars on the the water was even better.





This is from the second photo shoot that I went on where things didn't work out as I planned either. I was trying to capture the dance class practicing but the classroom door was shut so I had to sneak in there after class was over but I did manage to get a few shots. I think dance is beautiful. Thats why I love DWTS.




 

This is from the first photo shoot I tried to go on. My daughter's class had a trip to the pumpkin patch and I planned on getting lots of pictures of all the kids in the class, but we had to leave early to pick up my son from school having an allergy attack. I really like this one because of her smile and that dimple is the cutest dimple I've ever seen. I was trying to capture the innocence of youth.









I posted this one for Phillip. I didn't realize I had a better moon picture and it's not as dark as the first. The reflection of the moon on the water was way more effective in this pic. Plus the different colors of lights reflecting on the water was cool. I picked water because I am from FL and have loved the water ever since I was small. I just think water is beautiful.
